Here at Stearawirt’s Hauserei, we have long been very fond of herbs. Our mom Gaby has always had green fingers and taught herself a lot about the local herb world. Until the Lechtal herb witches awoke. Our boss Tanja, as well as Alexandra and mom Gaby, were there from the beginning and completed the academy for herbal educators with flying colors.
From then on, our house developed from the Gasthof-Stern to the Kräuterhotel & Wirtshaus – Der Stern.
Even now that we have opened a new chapter of the Stern – the Stearawirt’s Hauserei – herbs are still very important to us and we want to continue on this path with you.
